Full-Time Receptionist

  • We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team and assist in managing our busy front of house efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for client care.
  • Duties include answering the telephone as the first point of contact, directing incoming calls, taking messages and, where appropriate, making appointments.
  • The successful candidate will greet people who visit the firm, either as returning, new or potential clients.
  • You will also co-ordinate front desk activities, including allocating incoming correspondence and general office support with some clerical duties.
  • Training provided.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm including daily post drop off leaving at 4.45pm.
  • Lunch 12.00pm – 1.00pm.
