Law firm’s Helen wins top award for customer service
One of the region’s leading law firms is celebrating after a loyal member of staff beat off the competition to win a prestigious national award.
Helen Richards of QualitySolicitors Mander Cruickshank won a special award for customer service excellence at the QualitySolicitors annual conference in Manchester, coming out on top despite dozens of nominations from other law firms in the country.
QualitySolicitors Mander Cruickshank is part of a network of 100 law firms across the UK where solicitors are local, approachable and professional – all of them meeting rigorous quality standards to be part of the network.
Ms Richards, who has worked in the conveyancing department of QualitySolicitors Mander Cruickshank’s Coalville office for over 13 years is well known amongst many people in the region having pushed through their house moves.
Jim Abbott, senior partner at the firm, said the award was well-deserved.
“Helen is a shining star who we can never take for granted as her contribution to our success has been so outstanding,” he said.
“She has played a significant part in us going from strength to strength as she works so hard, so efficiently, and plans her working day with meticulous precision,” he said.
“Helen has built a system that works around the client, ensuring she is available to call or see clients when it best suits them and this focus on the client’s needs has built up the rapport that has created her reputation,” he added.
Eddie Ross, QualitySolicitors Chief Executive who presented the award was equally fulsome in his praise.
