Receptionist

I have been part of the Mander Cruickshank reception team since April 2018.

 

My responsibilities include:

Switchboard operation ensuring efficient management of calls to the office.

Welcoming clients/visitors to the Office and dealing with their requests.

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with staff/clients etc.

Making appointments for Solicitors/Paralegals.

Booking and management of conference facilities.

Daily Post (all aspects).

General Administration.

 

I previously worked in residential care for six years.
