Molly Slatcher

Trainee Solicitor

I am a Trainee Solicitor currently in the Wills and Probate department.  I joined Mander Cruickshank Solicitors as a Paralegal in May 2016 after completing a degree in Law at Sheffield Hallam University.  I am currently undertaking the Legal Practice Course on a part time basis at Nottingham Trent University alongside my legal training. I commenced my legal training with Mander Cruickshank Solicitors in October 2018. I am due to qualify as a Solicitor in August 2020.

Since 2016, I have worked within the Care department. I specialise in all matters involving social services. I am able to provide advice and assistance in respect of Child Protection Plans, Pre Proceedings and Care Proceedings. The sensitive and varied nature of the work within the Care department has enabled me to develop a clear understanding of both the area of law and the effect of pre-court and court proceedings on an individual.

As part of my legal training, I will have opportunity to work across various departments of the firm before qualifying as a Solicitor. I am motivated to build upon my current knowledge and provide accurate, clear and friendly advice.
