Kathryn Hicklin raised £,1000 for the British Heart Foundation by walking 100 miles in the month of August 2023. Well done Kathryn!

Rebecca Chilton raised £38.13 for the Alzheimers Society by making “Forget me Not” sweetie treats and fridge magnets. Well done Rebecca!
Good Deed Number Seven:
Rebecca Chilton made Halloween Trick or Treat pumpkins full of milk chocolate treats to raise £32 for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
Good Deed Number Ten:
Ria Carpenter organised a Children in Need PJ Day to raise money for the 2023 Children in Need Appeal. She raised £41.91. Well done Ria!
Good Deed Number Thirteen:
Sue donated 8 inches of her hair to The Princess Trust, which makes wigs for children with cancer. Thank you to Shanie Adkin from Adley Hair Design.

Emily Stewart raised £116.30 for Macmillan Cancer Support by holding a Macmillan Coffee and Cake morning in September 2023. Thank you Emily.

Many of the team donned pink ‘glad rags’ in the Coalville office on Friday 20th October and raised £47.15 for Cancer Research.

Rebecca Chilton made some beautiful crochet poppies to raise money for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal – and made £32. Very well done!

Paul Tubb sourced 100 new and nearly new children’s books and donated them to TBA for them to sell and raise much needed funds.

A collection of non-perishable food items was taken down to Feed the Need Coalville who are an independent food bank on High Street in Coalville.

Yasmeen donated 20 Christmas presents to residents at The Leicester Royal Infirmary. These included biscuits, chocolates and care packages.

Yvonne, Amy, Emily and Kathryn spent their lunchtime picking up litter on Berrisford Street and Belvoir Road making the local area clean and tidy.

A raffle was held to raise money for Breast Cancer Now on 7th November raising £86 with an extra £18.60 commission from selling products.

Yvonne and other members of Marlborough Square Methodist Church attended the Rowans Care Home to have a sing song and chat with the residents.

Members of staff supported the Marlene Reid Christmas Toy Appeal and donated new toys so that every child wakes up to a present on Christmas Day.

Milly volunteered for the day at Lonsdale Mews care home, serving lunch and keeping the residents company at Christmas.
