As a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), I specialise in providing clear, practical advice on all aspects of Wills, probate, and later life planning. My passion lies in delivering a service that is both friendly and efficient, with a strong focus on accessibility and client care. I understand that some clients may face challenges attending appointments in person, so I am always happy to visit elderly or unwell clients at home, in hospital, or in care settings. My aim is to ensure that everyone receives the same high standard of service, regardless of their circumstances.

If you are considering making a Will, I would be pleased to assist. I take the time to understand your personal circumstances, family commitments, and any potential tax implications in order to tailor a Will that reflects your individual needs. I ensure that all advice is clear and jargon-free. Even if you already have a Will in place, I am happy to review it and advise whether any updates are needed — or simply confirm that it remains suitable as it is.

I also support clients through the administration of estates following a bereavement. I appreciate that this can be a particularly difficult time, and my goal is to provide compassionate and practical guidance. I am happy to offer an initial, no-obligation conversation to discuss what needs to be done and how I can help.

In addition, I advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to plan ahead by appointing someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf, should you become unable to do so in the future. Where no such arrangements have been made, I can assist with Court of Protection applications to ensure that the appropriate person is legally authorised to act in a loved one’s best interests.
