As a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), I specialise in providing clear, practical advice on all aspects of Wills, probate, and later life planning. My passion lies in delivering a service that is both friendly and efficient, with a strong focus on accessibility and client care. I understand that some clients may face challenges attending appointments in person, so I am always happy to visit elderly or unwell clients at home, in hospital, or in care settings. My aim is to ensure that everyone receives the same high standard of service, regardless of their circumstances.

I ensure that all advice is clear and jargon-free. I also support clients through the administration of estates following a bereavement. I appreciate that this can be a particularly difficult time, and my goal is to provide compassionate and practical guidance. In addition, I advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. A Lasting Power of Attorney allows you to plan ahead by appointing someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf, should you become unable to do so in the future. Where no such arrangements have been made, I can assist with Court of Protection applications to ensure that the appropriate person is legally authorised to act in a loved one’s best interests.
