I am a solicitor in the childcare team. I represent parents and family members in applications made by the Local Authority in care proceedings as well as private law proceedings for Child Arrangements Orders, Parental Responsibility Orders, Specific Issue Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Declarations of Parentage Orders and Special Guardianship Orders.

I specialise in all aspects of family law including divorce, civil partnerships dissolutions, cohabitation issues, separation, domestic abuse and financial and property matters arising on the breakdown of relationships.

I am a member of Resolution and believe strongly in using a practical and realistic approach to legal matters, resolving complex issues in a supportive and positive way for my clients. I am also an Accredited Specialist with Resolution specialising in Children Law Private and Domestic Abuse cases.

I am proficient in verbal Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages.
