Wayne Hardy

I am a criminal defence solicitor with over 15 years of extensive advocacy experience in the Magistrates’ Court. I am duty qualified and regularly represent both individuals and organisations facing a broad spectrum of criminal charges, ranging from road traffic offences to complex fraud cases and serious investigations.

I joined Mander Cruickshank Solicitors in August 2019 and have since established myself as a trusted and valued member of the team. From the outset, I was warmly welcomed into a supportive and professional environment, where collaboration and client care are paramount. In September 2025, I was honoured to be appointed Head of the Crime Department, a role in which I lead and mentor a small but dedicated team of criminal defence specialists.
