Conveyancing Fee Earner Sought
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing fee earner to join our well respected conveyancing team.
The successful candidate will join a small team working closely with the head of department and will run a caseload from inception to conclusion.
The role requires at least 5 years experience and applications are welcomed from solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers.
Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes is required.
Essential skills for the role include being an excellent communicator, having a good understanding of CQS and Lexcel and being able to work as a part of a team.
