Paralegal vacancy: Care Dept
Mander Cruickshank Solicitors is a successful and established firm with two offices across Leicestershire. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our leading Care team at our Coalville office. The role will involve working alongside the fee earners in Care department and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a busy, yet supportive environment.
In addition to taking instructions from and providing assistance to the busy fee earners in the department, you will undertake tasks such as legal drafting and attending Court and sitting behind Counsel, with a view to taking new and existing clients instructions.
The department is very busy and as a result you will need excellent communication, organisational and file management skills.
This role is suitable for graduates with a pleasant, can-do attitude, seeking full-time employment and looking to gain invaluable experience in a firm which readily encourages career progression.
Previous legal experience of Care and/or Family law at a Paralegal level is desirable but not essential.
